It seems my mirror website had a unfortunate accident and lost my whole directory containing all the downloads, so almost every download link will be broken at the moment so please report what they are.
The download links may take a week to repair due to having a job that takes all my time now

I decide to scour the Apple forum one day to see if there is any way i can use my macbook pro on my external monitor with bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
All links point to you, and then I find that today (!!!) your mirror website goes down
Any ideas of anywhere else I can get this?
Any other software out there that will do the same thing?
Any chance of e-mailing it to me as an attachment?
