Added A Small Orange button

I have added a “A Small Orange” support button on the sidebar which will allow users to sign up to A Small Orange and at the same time support semaja2.net

So basically everytime someone signs up through the button the site will receive a extra month or so hosting

Well its my birthday again finally 18 which means i can legally go and buy booze and go clubbing!!!

So yes finally 18 which is a big number for us in Australia

PS. I would like to apologize for the lack of project updates and progress but i am still trying to get used to not having any structure to my day with out school

If any of the following programs stop working please try their tips before contacting support
InsomniaX
Download latest beta build available in last post
Delete ~/Library/Application Support/InsomniaX
Run this command in terminal : defaults delete com.semaja2.InsomniaX
WiFiScriptor
Redownload WiFiScriptor from macupdate
If you still have no success, try running this terminal command (It will wipe the scripts as well so make a backup) : defaults delete com.semaja2.WiFiScriptor

Leopard Support

I would like to kindly inform all users that InsomniaX is currently broken in leopard, and i would like people to respect that it will take some time to fix up for leopard…

I would also like to remind everyone that i only make these applications for the kindness of my heart and do not get paid to make them, the only money i make is from donations which only rarely come along

Update:
Some success in fixing leopard support, however i have run into troubles with C programming and the use of AuthTool if anyone is skilled in these areas please contact me to fix this problem.

Update 2:
Thanks to the help of mateos, we now have a working solution for InsomniaX and Leopard, however at the moment it is not complete so i DO NOT want this PUBLISHED on any mirrors.

Update 1/11/07:
I have managed to complete the core repairs and InsomniaX should be functionally 90% on 10.3/10.4/10.5 however it is still missing display sleep on 10.5 and the ability to install safesleep/hibernation on machines has been removed due to security risks.

Leopard!!!

Yes well leopard is only a few days away, and i know many users have requested support for Leopard, and so there day will be coming soon… I will try to continue to support Tiger to my best of abilities but it may be difficult.

I will be going to to pick up my copy on launch day at a Nextbyte in SA, along with my spanking new EyeTV DTT… i know i hate TV but its something ive always wanted and now i can watch david letterman while i code some stuff

Also i have now almost finished year 12 completely, i know the project todo lists are growing and many users have had to live with work arounds or major bugs while they are sorted out. There are also some more projects coming up but i am unsure how many of them will be as popular as some of my current projects.

Well sorry to say this, but i will be shutting the doors on the support desk and coding unless it is easy to do or quick or of course paid work, sorry if i deny you support tickets or you are waiting for a new version of something but i must shut the doors while i spend the next 6-7 weeks doing all the year 12 work.

SyncBar 0.2 Released

This release has been sitting on my shelf for a long time now, and since its only collecting dust i thought i should finally release it.

SyncBar 0.2 has had many features re-coded again and again to finally achieve a nice and clean program to the end user, its menus are clean and extremely user friendly. It also features the latest deployment platform for my projects which will hopefully make it easier on you the end user.

Changelog

Changed timer to 30min intervals, now can set to 48 hours

Added Bluetooth Session system

All GUI is now code based

Remembers last synchronise and adjusts timer on next load

New distribution system

The download mirrors will have the update soon, and i hope SyncBar runs as requested by everyone.
