Well after doing a recode of 1.x stream of InsomniaX i have finally released these two updates, both these updates are aimed at finally adding full support for Insomnia and Intel macs, i have removed all legacy code from InsomniaX 1.x as well as a few minor updates to the non-core systems.

Of course with any major rewrite there is a chance a bug will arise very quickly that was not noticed in initial tests, but hopefully thats not the case.

The final piece of the puzzle for the most effective work around so far came as a result of Mark, who discovered that by manipulating pmset you could reactivate the display, from here i simply …

MultiAlarm: The fate…

Due to recent projects taking more time up, as well as other commitments such as school and work, MultiAlarm also saw its last donation over 6 months ago, and with that it seems that MultiAlarm may be destined for the bin, maybe not forever but i do have good reasons for this move.

One of the many reasons for the bin is that MultiAlarm was originally coded from iBookAlarm which in its self was NEVER designed in a way that it is being used now, the code now has become sloppy and is using 4 different languages just to keep all …
